Job Posting Bot

A company hiring for a specific role is publicly announcing a budget, a pain, and a timeline. The problem is scale: reps can't manually scan job boards across thousands of target accounts, and blind-blasting doesn't work either — the person who cares about the posting is a specific hiring committee, not info@. So the pipeline watches the accounts that already matter, detects relevant roles, infers who owns the hire, and lets a human approve AI-drafted outreach.

The gates are layered before a single email sends. Sending is off by default: campaigns start as drafts that physically cannot send until the copy is approved and the switch is deliberately flipped. Viewing can't trigger anything — the Slack button opens a review page, and only an explicit confirmation on that page enrolls anyone, so a link preview or an accidental click can't start outreach.

The CRM gets re-checked at the moment of approval, not just when the job was first detected — if a deal opened in the meantime, the enrollment is blocked. No unverified address ever enrolls: work emails come from a waterfall of lookup tools and everything unconfirmable is thrown out. And the AI draft is shown in an editable form — the rep can rewrite every word before confirming.
